Choosing a fragrance from a screen is a leap of faith. We'd rather you didn't have to take it.
 
Our Scent Samplers let you experience any fragrance from the Arbor Grove library — over ~100 scents, from bright botanicals to deep, resinous woods — for just $1 each. Each sampler is a heat-sealed bag of aroma beads infused with the same fragrance used in our full-size products, so what you smell is what you'll get.
 
How to order: Our scent library is split across two menus — choose your scent from the A–L list or the M–Z list (select "No selection" in the one you're not using). Want more than one? Add a sampler to your cart for each scent you'd like to try.
 
How to use them: Keep the bag sealed until you're ready — the beads hold their fragrance best that way. When it arrives, open it up and take your time with it. Smell fresh in the morning, before coffee has dulled your nose, and note which scents you keep coming back to. Those are your keepers.  Then don't throw it away: fold the top loosely closed and tuck the bag into a drawer, closet, car cupholder, or gym bag — the beads will keep quietly scenting the space for weeks. Keep out of reach of pets and little ones; fragrance beads are for noses, not mouths.
 
A note on scent strength — because we believe you deserve the honest version: Your sampler tells you the character of a fragrance — its notes, its mood, whether it's you. But the strength of that fragrance will vary across our products, and that's intentional. Every product type has its own safe, skin-appropriate fragrance level: a candle can carry far more fragrance oil than a hand cream, because one is made to fill a room and the other is made to live on your skin. Same beautiful scent, formulated responsibly for each use. If you fall in love with a fragrance, expect it boldest in candles and wax melts, and softer and closer-wearing in skincare.
