RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
Return window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products, custom-made orders, or gift cards.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at hello@arbor-grove.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (we recommend this for your protection).
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email us at hello@arbor-grove.com.
EXCHANGES
Defective or incorrect items: We'll replace items that arrived defective or were sent in error at no cost to you. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Other exchanges: To exchange for a different product, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order details. We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
